Asakhe – Live in Concert
Asakhe — meaning “may He (God) build” — is a deeply intentional musical offering by Asakhe Cuntsulana, where sound becomes a vessel for spiritual construction, healing, and renewal. Presented at The Black Power Station, the concert weaves together African indigenous instruments such as the uHadi and Adungu with elements of jazz and classical expression, creating a sacred sonic landscape rooted in prayer, storytelling, and reflection. Through voice, rhythm, and meditative composition, the performance invites audiences into a space of inner stillness and collective restoration — where each note becomes a call for God to build, restore, and align the soul.
